1. Reverse Obesity Today
· Solution: Stop following conventional wisdom. Calories in/out is based on bad physics. It doesn’t take into account that your body responds to calories differently depending on which macronutrient its coming from! Stop eating carbs. Eat meat and low carb vegetables or just fast.
· Mechanism of Action: Carbs drive fat accumulation. Insulin transports all that glucose to cells to store as fat-this process never stops until you stop eating carbs. The only way to shed all that fat your storing is by dipping into ketosis.
· Scientific Research:
2. Reverse Type 2 Diabetes (if it’s not too late)
· Solution: Stop eating carbs. Go into ketosis.
· Mechanism of Action: Type 2 diabetics have insulin resistance. The body needs insulin to process carbs. So stop eating them! Excess carbs is literally what gets people into this mess. If you still have any beta cells left, you can reset your insulin and be good as new!
· Scientific Research
3. Reverse Arthritis
· Solution: Fasting. Or keto because it is a fast mimicking diet.
· Mechanism of Action: Low inflammation diet therefore low arthritis.
· Scientific Research:
4. Profoundly Mitigate Dementia (Type 3 Diabetes)
· Solution: You guessed it…Stop eating carbs!
· Mechanism of Action: Our brains CAN burn glucose for energy but it PREFERS ketones. And it is constantly needing fuel/energy. So why wouldn’t you give it the best type? Lower inflammation, promote autophagy, clear amyloid plaque.
· Anecdotal:
Ø Dr. Eric Berg interviewed Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci. One a CEO of software company that manages medications for assisted living homes and the other a CEO of one of these homes. On average these patients/customers are receiving 48 different medications, some as high as 90. In Oct 2023, he had a resident on 47, and by July 2024 dropped down to 25. A 47% decrease even though theres never usually a decrease in this trend only increase. How? He doesn’t feed them the ultra processed institutional crap. 42% of all aged care residents in U.S have dimentia. He’s had 9 people reverse illness to the point where they get up and leave the hospice.
· Scientific Research:
Ø Documented peer reviewed instances where you take someone who can’t even tie their shoelace from cognitive impairment and other tasks, and once they’re in ketosis they can do them.
Ø Dr. Ben Bikman conducts his own research in this field. Mounting case reports keep climbing of people reversing this with keto.

5. Profoundly Mitigate Cancer
· Helpful Suggestion: Ketosis will be of help for some cancers.
· Mechanism of Action: Some cancers need glucose as a fuel to thrive. Don’t assume you have cured it even if it shrinks. Plus keto diets make chemo more tolerable.
· Scientific Research:
Ø Dr. Thomas Seyfried at Boston University has been leading the charge putting people into deep ketosis to treat and reduce brain tumors. Has been seeing profound results for a long time. Has over 150 published peer reviewed articles and is convinced cancer is a metabolic issue (meaning keto would be the first most basic step). Reverse Depression/Anxiety
Solution: Before reevaluating your life and worldview to fix your neuroses, start by maxing out on these prime suspect nutrients (B complex, D3, Zinc, Magnesium, Choline, Omega 3) and trying adaptogens like Rhodiola, green tea, Ashwagandha. And reducing inflammation with fasting and/or Keto. Exercise. Cold showers. Restoring gut health.
Mechanism of Action: Bad metaphysical beliefs can cause nihilism and depression (separate article). These are critical for oxidative stress or myelin protection or reducing inflammation or creating neurotransmitters or supporting mitochondria and their deficiencies can easily imitate depression. There’s also adaptogens that modulate hormones and neurotransmitters and reduce fatigue, improve resilience to stress, enhance relaxation, improves mood, reduces inflammation, enhances neurogenesis. Curcumin alone was shown to be as effective as SSRI’s. In this side-by-side comparison, the only thing curcumin doesn’t have is the side effect of suicidal ideation.
Scientific Research:
Mitigate Behavioral Disorders (Autism/ADHD)
Solution: Max out on vitamins A, B complex, C, D, E and nutrients Magnesium, Zinc, Omega 3, Selenium. Improve gut microbiome (or fecal transplant). Supplement with NAC for improved Glutathione. Switch to keto diet. Or supplement and research any of these: DMAE, Sulforaphane found in sprouts (well-known treatment), Oxytocin, Vancomycin, L carnosine, Methylene Blue, Camel milk, CBD, Vasopressin, GcMAF, GABA, Acupuncture, BH4, DMG, Melatonin, MSM, MCT Oil, Ashwagandha, heavy metal detox, L-carnitine.
Mechanism of Action: Most of these are critical for oxidative stress or myelin protection or reducing inflammation or creating neurotransmitters or supporting mitochondria and their deficiencies (or poor absorption) can be correlated to people with autism (and the MTHFR gene). They exhibit the same metabolic problems with glucose as prediabetics or those with type 2. That’s why they’re given the same meds: Metformin-which helps with insulin sensitivity thereby treating the symptom of the very obvious and very fixable cause.
Then there’s some adaptogens that modulate hormones and neurotransmitters and reduce fatigue, improve resilience to stress, enhance relaxation, improves mood, reduces inflammation, enhances neurogenesis.
And many of them are beneficial for a healthy gut microbiome.
Scientific Research:
William Kaufman, PhD had groundbreaking research on vitamins and ADHD that’s been largely ignored for 70 years.
Supplementing autistic children with a moderate-potency multivitamin-multimineral formula in a double-blind trial, resulted in significantly improved sleep, and reduced digestive tract issues (Adams & Holloway, 2004).
One study with 44 autistic children were given a micronutrient formula and were pair-matched with 44 autistic children who received conventional medical treatment. The micronutrient group had significantly greater improvement on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale and Childhood Psychiatric Rating Scale. (Mehl-Madrona et al., 2010)
